It is designed in such a way that only those who are pre-registered by the institution can complete the registration and log in.
The institution can define different authorities on the application to the personnel.Using the application, the institution can send announcements, which may include pictures and file attachments, to the desired personnel groups.
If the personnel is not online, the announcements are sent to the devices of the persons as a notification.Using the common directory, the staff of the institution can easily communicate among themselves.
You can make calls or send sms through the application.Persons other than the personnel groups defined by the institution can create their own working groups.With the e-attendance and e-book features, the teacher can easily take the class attendance and write down the subject of the lesson on his/her phone or tablet.
The information collected by the application is printed with the BMS My School Desktop application installed on the administrative computer and presented to the signature of the teachers.Radio groups can be established with the mobile radio feature.
Groups can communicate by voice within themselves.
If the user wishes, he can mute any of the radio groups he is included in, or turn off the radio feature completely.With the chat feature, people or groups can chat among themselves without the need for another application.
User can add image, file, sound or location to chat messages.
